As I advanced, I learned how to make gumbo and many more tasty dishes from friends, family, and cookbooks. Interned and trained under the late famous Cajun chef, Paul Prudhomme at K-Paul’s Louisiana Kitchen and graduated from culinary school at the Culinary Institute of New Orleans in 1999.
